• Information from forms hosted on third-party platforms — such as Microsoft Forms (used for Big M Trans and Big M Loan Services applications) and Selar (used for Big M Knowledge Hub purchases). Those platforms collect information under their own privacy policies.
• Basic technical information — such as pages visited and general device information, collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-focused and does not track you across other websites or use cookies for advertising.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiries, bookings and applications

• To process referral codes and, where applicable, credit the correct partner
• To improve our websites, services and customer experience

• Legal authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. Our websites are served over secure HTTPS connections, and access to information is limited to those who need it to provide the service you requested.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. WhatsApp Communication

When you contact us on WhatsApp, your phone number and message content are transmitted through WhatsApp's platform and are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We use WhatsApp to respond to your enquiries and process your bookings.

Our websites do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which provides us with aggregated, anonymous information about website traffic without tracking individual visitors across other websites.
